Exchange & Returns

Warranty Period
Alliance online offers limited Manufacture warranty on all products purchased directly from our website. Warranty begins on the invoice date.

Warranty Coverage
Alliance online will repair or replace products found to be defective, faulty.

Dead on arrival (DOA) products reported within 14 days, subject to inspection.

Exclusions
Warranty is void in cases of:
  • Purchases from unauthorised sellers.
  • Altered or tampered products (serial numbers, labels, etc.).
  • Damage from misuse, accidents, improper installation, or environmental factors (e.g., power surges, extreme temperatures, humidity).

  • Unwanted Products
  • If you are not satisfied, you may return unused/unopened products in original packaging within 14 days for a refund or replacement subject to inspection.

Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Returns after 14 days are not accepted.

Defective Products (Not Physically or Water Damaged)

  • Within 14 days: Full refund or replacement with shipping costs covered by Alliance Online.
  • Beyond 14 days, within warranty: Replacement or repair available. Customer pays return shipping, Alliance Online covers shipping for repaired/replacement units.


Physically or Water Damaged Products
No refunds or replacements for products with physical or water damage.
